3 Dantians

3 dantians connected with etheric, astral, celestial realms. 1st develop awareness, intention, and understanding on etheric level. Then add deepemotional, then deepmental.

Train etheric within our own personal etheric field. Don’t go out into the wider etheric field as shamans and psychics do - looking into future or past, hearing thoughts, voices, seeing auras, healing or harmng from a distance, talking to angels or dead people or Jinns.

One result is instead of after say 5 years training you can experience and perhaps show some psychic phenomena, you must wait maybe 25 years, before you can really feel, and perhaps others feel, the results of work on the deep emotional. Because almost all psychic phenomena are etheric based, only the deep self aware state appearing more and more in your external life signals the growing strength of the deep mind.

Find a way to bring sensitivity, intention and intelligence into the deep emotional realm.

Gurdjieff taught self-sensing, self-feeling, self-remembering, which relate to etheric, deep-emotional and deep-mental self. But many get stuck with self-observation which comes from quiet superficial mind.

Exercises for deep-emotional:
Lift light from lower to middle dantien
Send light to others
Daily dying, while centred in deep-emotional
Understanding dreams
Examine motives of yourself and others, especially at beginning and ending of processes
Resting quietly in deep-emotional run mind over people and circumstances in your life, while listening for slight internal response
Follow the advice of your teacher, even when its not what you want to do

Spiritual Pride

If, as inner self grows, outer system feels it is the main thing developing (as in spiritual pride) then the inner development will stall at that point.

Deep Emotions

A system for Deep Emotional development barely exists. Old teachers mostly transmitted that through close emotional contact on an individual basis.

Effort at each Stage

Two ways, work hard to transform outer system, or submit to spirit and ask for help. Actually not 2 methods but transform more important in beginning and submission more important later. Perhaps 10 to 20 years to transform and another 10 to 20 years to submit. If spiritual pride or similar appears then the inner development will stall at that point, probably for the rest of that life.

Help comes in unseen ways. Can't expect it but should be grateful whenever we suspect it. Don’t lose hope. Help flows down through chains of intelligent beings. Teacher is main source of help.
